Ajay Singh, University of South Alabama talks about the some of the possible molecular mechanisms that underlie some of the features of aggressive prostate cancer. He focuses on the MYB-c, a transcription factor that expresses in prostate cancer cells, in higher amounts in African-American men, and potentially also impacts the androgen signalling pathway.
